Gold in Buddhism symbolises sun or fire. It represents knowledge, purity, happiness, freedom and enlightenment, which is also signified in Buddha's third eye. Constructed from the Japanese pattern 'Sayagata', often used in Rinzu (綸子) – a silk damask fabric for kimonos in the Edo period.

Limited edition of screen prints on gold foil card. Presented in a gold frame with UltraClear® glass to reduce refections and protect the artwork.
